Red Tree at Monticello (1995)
Monticello was Thomas Jefferson’s home and plantation, just outside Charlottesville, Virginia. Monticello is Italian for “little mountain,” as the house is at the top of a 260-meter-high hill. Today the site is a restored National Historic Landmark and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
