New York-New York Harbor and Excalibur (2005)

The castle of the Excalibur, viewed from the imitation New York harbor (with a fireboat and the base of the half-scale Statue of Liberty) at New York-New York. Beyond the “harbor” is the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, the corners of which contain four of the world’s largest hotels. Because of the stupendous traffic, the intersection features barricades that keep it free of pedestrians. Two elevated walkways (one of which is visible in the center of the picture) let the human crowds cross in reasonable safety.
