London Phone Booths (1974)
A group of vintage London phone booths, in vintage black and white.
I normally used Kodachrome color slide film in a Pocket Instamatic 60 camera during my family’s 1970s trips to Europe. But for a trip to England in 1974, I borrowed a second Pocket Instamatic and loaded it with Verichrome Pan black and white film, which I processed myself when I got home. It offered an interesting alternative look, especially when (digitally) “printed” on high-contrast warm-toned “paper.”
