Nature’s Skyscrapers (2008)

The world’s tallest trees are coast redwoods that can reach 115 meters. But even ordinary redwoods like these, in the Lady Bird Johnson Grove of Redwood National Park, reach impressive heights. A blue sky like this is somewhat unusual, since the fog, rain, and and cool overcast that redwoods prefer are more typical weather along the Northern California coast.
