Columbian Mammoth (2010)
The reconstructed skeleton and tusks of a Columbian mammoth recovered
from the La Brea Tar Pits, on display at the George C. Page Museum. The
Columbian mammoth was the largest member of the elephant family. It went
excinct around 12,500 years ago.
