Hall of Administration Reflected (2014)

A late-afternoon reflection of the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration in the fountain of the adjacent Grand Park, in Downtown Los Angeles. The building is the headquarters of Los Angeles County government, and the place where the County’s Board of Supervisors convenes. It’s named for Kenneth Hahn, who was the County’s longest-serving Supervisor (1952 to 1992).
