Gingerbread Mansion (2008)

The front entrance to a swanky Victorian bed-and-breakfast inn in Ferndale, California. Ferndale is noted for its “butterfat palaces,” the opulent homes of people who got rich from the town’s dairy industry in the 19th century. But this house was built for a doctor in 1899, and briefly became Ferndale’s general hospital in the 1920s.
