Sherman-Gilbert House (2004)
The 1887 Sherman-Gilbert House in Heritage Park, San Diego. The tower or “belvedere” (from the Italian for “beautiful view”) is also called a “widow’s walk.” The building currently houses the park’s reservation and information center.
