Monarch and Countess (2007)

The tender Catalina Countess prepares to ferry passengers from the cruise ship Monarch of the Seas to Avalon on Catalina Island, California. I captured the stark white forms and lines of the ship and boat in bright morning light, moments before a crowd started to fill the boat.
