Garnier Entrance (2010)

The entrance to the Garnier Building, part of El Pueblo de Los Angeles State Historic Park in Downtown Los Angeles. French immigrant Philippe Garnier built this in 1890, for Chinese tenants. This is one of the few remaining buildings from the original Los Angeles Chinatown, most of which which was demolished after 1931 to build Union Station. It’s now home to a Chinese-American museum.
