Hilo Palms (1993)

Although the sky in Hilo is often overcast and dripping with “liquid sunshine,” there is enough sunshine of the non-liquid variety to offer at least the occasional tropical scene with a dazzling blue sky. This view from Liliuokalani Gardens looks across Hilo Bay. Mauna Loa is in the background, under the clouds.
