Getty Center Southwest View #1 (2010)

Looking southwest from the ground-floor terrace next to the Museum Entry Hall at the Getty Center, on an exceptionally clear winter afternoon. The view includes the Exhibition Pavilion and the outdoor cafe terrace, the Central Garden, and beyond to Westwood and the Pacific Ocean. The “island” on the horizon is the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
